The highly anticipated 1,000 Hills Derby on Saturday, December 7, between Rayon Sports and APR may have ended in a 0-0 draw, but for Skol Brewery Ltd., the match was an opportunity to spotlight its continued commitment to developing Rwandan football.
As part of its sponsorship of Rayon Sports, Skol awarded the "SKOL King of the Game” to Rayon midfielder Kevin Muhire, whose exceptional performance in the derby showcased his skill, creativity, and determination. Despite the match’s scoreless outcome, Muhire’s ability to control the midfield and energize his team made him a clear choice for the accolade.

The reward was handed over to Muhire by Skol General Manager, Eric Gilson, right after the game.
