Moana 2

The second part of Moana was released on November 27. Set three years after her first adventure with Maui, the story follows Moana as she embarks on a mission to save her people after a warning from her ancestor about a looming danger. To do so, she must raise the lost island of Motufetu, which was sunk by the storm god Nalo. With the help of her friends, Moana braves perilous pirates, a giant sea monster, and even Nalo’s enforcer, Matangi, who ultimately joins her cause.

The Incubation

This Rwandan action film, produced by ZACU Entertainment, follows Nelson, a young fighter who uncovers a child trafficking ring operating at his high school. Mysterious deaths and disappearances of students raise alarm, and Nelson, along with a group of friends, sets out to stop a trafficking operation planned for one night, an event that could lead to many more students vanishing.

The film was directed by budding Rwandan film director Deus Sangwa.

Lonely Planet

This is an American drama about Katherine Loewe, a successful writer who travels to a Moroccan resort to finish her novel while dealing with a difficult breakup. At the same resort, Owen Brophy accompanies his girlfriend, Lily, who is attending a writer&039;s retreat. As Katherine struggles to find inspiration, Owen faces his own challenges with his demanding job and feeling isolated. Katherine and Owen eventually connect and spend time together, sharing personal stories and offering each other support.

Wicked

Wicked tells the story of Elphaba Thropp, a young woman born with green skin, who faces rejection and a troubled childhood. At Shiz University, she discovers her magical abilities and forms an unlikely friendship with the popular Galinda Upland, despite their initial rivalry.

Elphaba hopes to meet the Wizard of Oz, believing he can help her change her skin colour, but she soon learns that the Wizard is a fraud who is behind the oppression of talking Animals in Oz. After discovering the Wizard's true intentions, Elphaba decides to stop his cruel plans, leading her to flee and become known as the Wicked Witch of the West.

This sci-fi film is about a group of friends: Shelby, Cyrus, Reuben, Dennis, Nikki, Brooke, and Maya, who reunite at Reuben's family home before his wedding. The group is joined by their friend Forbes, who introduces a device that allows them to swap bodies. They play a game where they must guess who is in whose body, but things quickly spiral out of control.

As the game continues, secrets are revealed, and relationships are tested. Tragedy strikes when two people die after a balcony collapse, and tensions rise as the group becomes entangled in lies, betrayal, and a web of dangerous manipulations.

The Merry Gentlemen

As the holiday season approaches, let’s take a look at a Christmas romantic comedy. The story follows Broadway dancer Ashley Davis, who, after being replaced in her show, heads back to her hometown to help save her parents' struggling venue, The Rhythm Room, which is facing a $30,000 rent debt.

To raise the funds, Ashley creates a Christmas-themed revue, "The Merry Gentlemen," enlisting the help of locals, including carpenter Luke. As the show thrives, Ashley and Luke grow closer, sparking a romantic connection.
