Editor,
I am writing to express my gratitude to the UK government on its stand on the Rwanda genocide fugitives living in Europe.
On Tuesday, UK Premier Gordon Brown said, while meeting President Paul Kagame that the UK intends to change its law on war crimes.
If the UK back-dates its law to 1991 and make it possible to try those accused of committing genocide crimes in Rwanda, justice will have been done to survivors of the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi.
What other Europeans and African countries should do to follow UK and hunt down all genocide suspects so that we make this world crime free.
