We readers appreciate the work you do to convey our messages to the concerned parties whenever problems arise.

Please, I would like convey my disappointment to the management of FINA Bank, Kigali Branch.

I have always seen this problem but last Friday, 3rd July 2009, it was the worst I had ever seen.

The banks management has to do more regarding the work ethic of the tellers; because not only they are slow, but the way they relate to customer’s leaves a lot to be desired.

I entered the bank when 12 people were lined up in front of me and there were 4 tellers working in the various booths.

And despite this, it took me one and half hours to be served! Really, this is not acceptable.

Worst of all, they kept on informing us that they had no Internet connection;  if the bank can’t have a stable connection, then let them close rather than inconveniencing their clients.

Please management do something about the tellers and your connection.

Otherwise we shall be forced to look for alternative banks.
