Team Rwanda riders are Friday, November 29, starting a two-month training camp ahead of the much-anticipated Tour du Rwanda 2025.
The 17th edition of the annual cycling event, which attracts professional cyclists from across the globe, will take place from February 23 through March 2, 2025.

Team Rwanda riders will camp at Africa Cycling Rising Center in Musanze and the training sessions will focus on some main routes designated for Tour du Rwanda especially in the Northern region of the country.
Prior to the training camp, national team David Louvet summoned 15 riders from which he will decide his final five-man roster for Tour Rwanda 2025.
They include Jean Claude Nzafashwanayo, Didier Munyaneza, Espoir Uhiriwe, Phocus Nshimiyimana, Aphrodis Tuyipfukamire, Fiancé Nizeyimana, Uwiduhaye, Vainqueur Masengesho, Moise Mugisha (Benediction), Eric Nkundabera, Shadrack Ufitineza, Pacifique Byusa (Les Amies Sportif).
Others include Jean Claude Niyomugabo, Roben Ikundabayo (Nyabihu Cycling Club) and Jean De Dieu Imanizaboyo (Sina Cycling Club) and Jeremie Ngendahayo (May fly).
The roadmap for Tour du Rwanda 2025 will be unveiled during the race presentation on Friday.
