Taxi and bus drivers in Kigali City are rather impatient during the rush hours of the evening because they are eager to get home early.

They quickly transport a few people in the vicinity, leaving behind many of those who are still working.

They choose to do this in full knowledge of the fact that they are supposed to stretch up to midnight as time greed upon by the responsible authorities.

This kind of attitude in turn makes business at its peak to come to a halt because people are also in a hurry to find their way home before the taxis and buses cease working.

The two companies should put emphasis on accessibility than on accountability.
