I was very happy to learn that the national Public Utilities’ Corporation is going to temporary solve the water shortage problem in the country by rationing water.

It is quite strange that they (Public Utilities Corporation) did not come up with such a plan; they knew fully well that this time of year is very hot, dry and characterized with increased consumption of water.

For example the area that I stay in, Kimironko, has spent over weeks without running water.

This is very saddening and traumatizing. In future such late plans by Electrogaz should not be tolerated, because it breeds mediocrity in people.
