Nigerian dance sensation and entertainer Poco Lee has touched down in Kigali, setting the stage for the much-anticipated "Obi House Party” happening Friday, November 15, at Atelier Du Vin.

Zuba and ActiveBoy will join him on the mic tonight, bringing electrifying energy to the inaugural Kigali edition. Hosted by celebrated DJ Obi, the event boasts an impressive lineup of Nigerian music industry heavyweights, including Dope Caesar, Mr. West, and Zulu Tebeda.

Organized by Obi House in collaboration with Intore Entertainment, the party promises a night of pulsating beats and unforgettable vibes. Bruce Intore, one of the event's organizers, highlighted the significance of hosting such a high-profile event in Kigali. "Obi House is a big event on the continent, and bringing it to Kigali shows how Rwanda’s party scene is evolving. Let’s show up in big numbers and enjoy great music from the finest African DJs," he said.

The party isn’t just about international names—it also features performances from Kigali’s top disc jockeys, including DJ Pyfo, DJ Ino, Kevin Klein, and Joe the Drummer.

The Poco Lee phenomenon

Iweh Pascal Odinaka, better known as Poco Lee, is one of Nigeria’s most celebrated dancers, recognized for his signature "zanku” and "legwork” moves.

Poco Lee shot to fame when his dance video to a Zlatan Ibile track went viral on Instagram, making him an overnight sensation. Since then, he’s performed alongside music giants like Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy, cementing his place as a leading influencer of dance culture among Gen Z and young Africans.
