The Girl With All The Gifts 2016
This British film is set in a world where a fungal infection has turned most people into zombies, known as hungries. A group of hybrid children, who retain their intelligence, are held at an army base where scientists hope to find a cure.
Among them is a bright girl named Melanie, who forms a close bond with her teacher, Helen. When the base is overrun by hungries, Melanie, Helen and a few soldiers escape into London. Facing both the infected and dangerous feral children, they must rely on Melanie’s unique abilities to survive as they make their way through the city.
Honor Society 2022
The film follows Honor Rose, a high school senior determined to secure a Harvard recommendation by sabotaging her competition: star athlete Travis, shy artist Kennedy, and brilliant student Michael. As she grows closer to Michael, she discovers he has been manipulating her for the same recommendation.
Heartbroken, Honor turns the tables, blackmailing her counselor to give the recommendation to Kennedy instead, and ultimately chooses to embrace her real friendships, letting go of her original plans and focusing on enjoying her senior year.

Superbad 2007
One of the best comedies ever made, Superbad follows high school seniors Seth and Evan, best friends about to go off to different colleges. Seth promises to buy alcohol for a party hosted by his crush, Jules, while their friend Fogell, using a fake ID as McLovin, buys the liquor.
The night takes a chaotic turn when Seth is hit by a car and the police officers, Slater and Michaels, bond with Fogell during a ride-along. Seth and Evan navigate a series of mishaps, including getting involved in a fight at a party and running from the police, as they try to deliver the alcohol and make it to the party. Meanwhile, Seth deals with his feelings for Jules, and Evan tries to manage his own relationship with Becca.
Brothers 2024
This film is about twin brothers Mike and Jady who grew up in a family of criminals. The story begins on Thanksgiving in 1994, when they’re 12 and involved in small-time crime, while their mother and her boyfriend are on the run.
Thirty years later, Moke is trying to change his life, with a family on the way, while Jady, just out of prison, is looking for his next heist. Facing old family issues and new challenges, the brothers set out on a risky heist to recover the emeralds their mother once stole, leading to a reunion and a chance to finally make peace with each other.
Don’t Look Up 2021
In this movie starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, and Meryl Streep, astronomy student Kate Dibiasky and her professor, Dr. Randall Mindy, discover a massive comet on a collision course with Earth, large enough to end all life. They urgently inform the government, but the president and her team dismiss their concerns.
Frustrated, Kate and Randall take the warning to TV, but their message is still ignored. Billionaire Peter Isherwell convinces the government to let the comet approach so they can profit from its minerals, regardless of the risk. As the comet draws nearer, public opinion splits between believers and skeptics.
Pretty in Pink 1986
This film tells the story of high school senior Andie Walsh, who struggles with her working-class background and the pressures of fitting in with her wealthy classmates. While navigating her complicated relationships with her best friend Duckie, who secretly loves her, and Blane, a popular boy from a rich family, Andie faces bullying and tension from her peers, especially Steff, Blane's entitled friend. After a rocky start to their relationship, Andie and Blane confront the challenges of their different social statuses.
