I would like to thank all organisations and organisations for the effort they are making to cut on red-tape bureaucracy.

For example the Rwanda Revenue Authority has done a tremendous work over the last few months when they implemented various reforms aimed at streamlining the process of taxpaying.

By putting in place online services that make it easy for different parties to get tax clearance certificates is a brilliant step towards reducing bureaucracy. 

Bureaucracy is a pain staking process that reduces efficiency, slows development and wastes a lot of time and money.

With modern development and ICT use in today’s offices and organisations, Rwandan’ need to learn to do things in a faster and more convenient way.
