MTN Rwanda, a leading telecom company in the country has launched Gonga time band, a new package targeting the youth.
"We did a survey in the country and found that the youth are not favoured in terms of our services.
So we decided to introduce this package to ease their communication,” Serge Mushinzimana, the product development officer said.
The youth usually use their phones during evening hours when calling and message rates are low.
Switching from other packages like pay as you go and per second to Gonga will be free for a while.
