The rising rapper told The New Times that the new record label aims at empowering and uplifting young talents who lack basic support to produce good music and give them a platform to shine.
Xeventeen & Loverboy have already been signed under the label and, according to K-Shot, more young talents will join as the label grows into a bigger music hub.

"This is not a business but a calling to help my peers in the same music business. These are young boys but have the potential to go as far as possible,” said K-Shot in an interview.
"The purpose of creating my label is not that I have a great ability to do it but the desire to be independent and help others in that way of independence,” he added.
Another thing, he said, both artistes signed under Intare Sound Wave Initiative management line drew inspiration from his music which is one of the reasons he feels entitled to push them.

The making of Intare 2.0
Through his new label, K-Shot on October 25, dropped his maiden album "Intare 2.0” which holds seven collaborations.
"Intare 2.0 is a call for the Rwanda of tomorrow to be strong, courageous and strive to be independent without waiting for external help inspired by RPF and their resilience,” said the artiste.
The album is named after K-Shot’s second Mixtape ‘Intare.’ He said the whole tape is about what he has been going through in the past two years through a rollercoaster of emotions and also keeping the message of being fearless, resilient, courageous and independent which is also related to opening own record label.
"My album and record label share the same mission, but more like leading by example and not waiting for others to come exploit me but instead having an initiative spirit to help myself and other talented individuals,” the rapper noted.
The album comprises 13 songs mainly produced by Ehlers while the likes of Juni Quickly, Cysron, Pro Zed also contributed to its production.
It features youngsters including Kivumbi King, Pro Zed, Bruce the First, Arnaud Gray, Hollix, Xeventeen and Loverboy.
Intare 2.0 is available on all major streaming platforms.
