The minister in charge of ICT in the president’s office, Romain Murenzi visited students of Groupe Scholaire Kagugu.

He praised them for their achievements in using modern technology.

He said that African children are slowly but surely getting to the heart of science and technology through using laptops in their daily studies at school.

Murenzi challenged teachers to lead children by example and foster the quick adoption of the One Laptop Per Child project.
