Ambassador James Ngango, Rwanda’s new envoy to the Principality of Liechtenstein, on October 25 presented his letters of credence to His Serene Highness Hereditary Prince Alois of Liechtenstein. The ceremony took place at Vaduz Castle.
During the presentation ceremony, Ambassador Ngango conveyed a message from President Paul Kagame, reaffirming Rwanda’s commitment to deepening diplomatic relations with the Principality of Liechtenstein and fostering cooperation between the two nations.
In their brief conversation, His Serene Highness emphasized on the good relations between the two countries, and the knowledge of the problems in the Great Lakes Region and the role that small States should have in the international arena, especially in terms of peace and security in the world.
The ceremony in Liechtenstein follows Ambassador’s presentation of letters of credence to the President of the Swiss Confederation in June. As part of his diplomatic jurisdiction, Ambassador Ngango is also accredited to Austria, Slovenia, and The Holy See, where he will present his letters in a near future.
