MTN’s campaign, ‘21 days of Y’ello care’, has now been shifted to the Southern Province, Kamonyi district. According to MTN’s Chief Executive Officer, Khaled Mikkawi, the campaign is one of MTN’s annual programmes and it is practised in all the 21 countries in which MTN operates.

The campaign is aimed at encouraging MTN staff members to care about the people in their communities and it goes on for 21 days.

"The objective of the campaign this year is to help schools have well equipped football fields and also make students enjoy the game. It is in line with MTN’s sponsoring of the 2010 world cup,” he said.

Mikkawi also added that they did a survey around the country and they selected four schools which could benefit from MTN’s corporate social responsibility.
