Editor, It is very unbelievable but true, that some of the motor taxi cyclists actually lack the required skills to use these bikes. I believe that the search for money and general desire to meet the basic needs of life is forcing some Rwandans into businesses they know nothing about!

It is very unbelievable but true, that some of the motor taxi cyclists actually lack the required skills to use these bikes. I believe that the search for money and general desire to meet the basic needs of life is forcing some Rwandans into businesses they know nothing about!
I happened to take a bike from Kicukiro trading centre with an aim of heading with the same bike to town but was surprised that the cyclist actually knocked a certain car’s backside and almost knocked another person in that short distance.
This is not the first incident though. So I am wondering? Who gives these guys the test for their permits? Or even better, how sure are we that they all acquire the necessary skills? Concerned authorities should do something.
