Last week was good for Rwanda’s music industry as artistes kept releasing back to back hits that are currently trending in the country.
In no particular order, Weekender highlights some of the best new songs to add to your weekend playlist.
Kloza, Confy
The fast rising artiste is back on charts after releasing his recent banger ‘Kloza’. The single track followed Confy’s successful EP ‘1MIN’ which had hit songs like ‘Inside, ‘Put It In’ among others.
Premiered last week, the song has close to 100, 000 streams on different platforms and making rounds on different local airwaves and televisions.
The new track is a produced in Afropop with additional saxophone sounds that makes it sound like ‘Call Me Every day’ by WizKid and Chris Brown.
It was produced and mastered by Kenny Pro Beats, one of the best afro beat makers in Rwanda that works with a number of young musicians on the rise.
