While this letter might be outdated ‘better late than never’. I was just reading from The New Times 10th June issue when I found out that his title had changed from ‘Engineer’ to ‘Doctor’.
I learnt that he had been pursuing his doctorate despite the tiresome responsibilities entrusted to him. I wish to channel my congratulations through your paper.
