Rwandan artiste Kevin Kade is gearing up for his maiden performance in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, promises nothing but a great time with his fans.
The Sikosa hitmaker will perform at the ‘Deira Hot Party’ which will be held at the Matrix African Club on November 9.
The show was organized by Dubai-based events company Agakoni, the concert and it will feature different deejays in the East African region.
Confirming his performance to The New Times, Kade said that he has been working on a playlist until he felt ready to perform at ‘such a big concert.’
"My fans should expect hot vibes and new songs they get to listen to for the first time. It is definitely going to be a vibe. It’s amazing to be performing to a different audience and get to connect with them,” said Kevin Kade in an interview.
Dubai will become Kevin Kade’s first stage out of the country but the singer that he is just getting started to perform for his foreign-based audience as he plans to make Uganda and Canada his next stops in the near future.
"It is a pleasure to me that my first concert (out of the country) had to be held in Dubai and the plan is to tour around frequently,” he said.
Kevin Kade said he has big plans for his music. The singer last weekend flew to Tanzania over for a one-week media tour promoting his latest song ‘Sikosa’ featuring The Ben and Element. He will use the opportunity to connect with different artistes from the East African country.
Born Richard Ngabo, Kevin Kade launched his music career in 2019, after graduating from Nyundo School of Arts and Music, and has since released smash hit songs like ‘Ibirara,’ ‘Wankaniye,’ ‘Nana,’ ‘Amayoga,’ ‘Pyramid,’ ‘Umuana’ and ‘Munda’ among many others.
Kade last traveled to Dubai in January to shoot the video of his song ‘Munda.’
