AS Kigali coach Guy Bukasa has lauded the club’s newly signed midfielder Christophe Bukuru as a player who can bring the much-needed balance and stability to the team's midfield.
The 28-year-old central midfielder joins the city club on a one-year contract as a free agent.

He had been without a club since January when Mukura Victory Sports released him.
Speaking about the player, Bukasa said he is capable of improving AS Kigali’s competitiveness.
"We are happy to have him and hopefully he will help us to play better football and remain in top places. I am particularly happy that we also have (Prince) Buregeya,” he noted.
At AS Kigali, Bukuru joins defender Prince Buregeya, who has also signed a one-year deal with the team after a failed move to Al-Nasiriya of Iraq.
"If you look at our team this season and compare it to the last season, we are a better side playing the football we want, that’s what I wanted from my players,” Bukasa added.
