Volleyball: Kepler WVC signs Gambian star Fatou Ceesay

Kepler Women's Volleyball Club has acquired Gambian star Fatou Ceesay to beef up its squad ahead of the new season that gets underway on Friday, October 18.

Cessay, 17, joins Kepler on a one-year deal as she embarks on her first professional volleyball adventure.

The budding Gambian volleyball star operates as an outside hitter and was instrumental for her national team as it participated in the 2024 All African Games in Accra, Ghana.

She also participated in the 2023 FIVB youth tournament in Thailand.

Kepler will begin the 2024/25 Volleyball season with a game against Rwanda Revenue Authority Volleyball Club on Friday, October 18, at Petit Stade indoor gymnasium.
