I would like to express my disappointment over internet services provided by Rwandatel. Due to the unstable network provided by the Company, I am failing to complete my work and cannot beat my deadlines in time.

This is also affecting my productivity as somebody who relies heavily on their network. I humbly request that Rwandatel sets up its Information Technology (I.T) team in order to respond and address its existing internet challenges.

Otherwise the unstable network does not represent what the telecom company promised to deliver a few months down the road when it launched its operations.

It is not enough for the telecom company’s public relations team to keep reassuring the customers without addressing the underlying technical problems. As a customer I need value for my money. 

I need a stable network.
