English-Rwandan midfielder Kamari Doyle has his eyes set on an international call up, a situation that Rwanda can capitalize on.
Doyle, 19, has been capped by England at U17, 18, and 19 levels and he is now hoping to be back on the international stage playing for either Rwanda or England at a senior level.
The Brighton & Hove Albion youngster, who is on loan at League 1 side Exeter City FC, has had a bright start to the new season, netting two goals so far and he feels time is ripe for him to draw his attention on international football.
"Obviously it&039;s a good experience as well to experience the international side of things, to play in teams or players that I wouldn’t usually play against. It’s a bit of a different experience but, again, I really enjoy it and, yeah, hopefully I'll be back to a few more camps soon," Doyle told Exeter City’s website in an interview.
"Being in and around all those players and the teams, obviously that helped me develop and realise what you need to do to get to the very top,” he added.
Doyle was born on August 1, 2005, to a Rwandan father and an English-Jamaican mother. He also previously featured for Southampton FC.
