I would like to commend the tremendous work done by the government towards development. Steps to achieve vision of 2020 are truly underway as different institutions are putting up promising plans that are visible even by the lay man.

The spectacular roads all stretching from Kigali to different corners of the country are a great contribution to our beauty, the well built flat topped houses are springing up almost in every part of the country, learning institutions are all picking up in high gear. All these are signs of development.

I believe that by the set deadline of vision 2020 and the prevailing conditions of development, Rwanda will truly have achieved its vision.

My acknowledgement goes particularly to the government and most especially the president, who have stood up to transform our country from backwardness to modernity.
