HUYE — The Minister of Natural Resources, Stanislas Kamanzi at the weekend awarded certificates to statistics students from the National University of Rwanda (NUR) who had completed a five-day National Community Service Camp in the district.

The Minister commended the university for successfully undertaking the project.

He urged the students to roll out the programme in other parts of the country.
