An eighty five year old Pentecostal church pastor, Simon Gatsinzi, has married Grace Rwagitare fourty years his junior.   Rwagitare is 45.

The couple tied the knot at Restoration Evangelical Centre, in Remera on Saturday.

Gatsinzi who lost his wife four years ago and a renowned Pastor in Kiboga District in Uganda is a father to eight children, and grandfather to 20.

According to one of his children, Manasseh Gihana, 38, it was such an exciting moment watching his aged father walking down the aisle again, after four years of loneliness.

The ecstatic Gihana, who is also a Pastor at one of the Churches in Kigali, wished the newlyweds best of luck in their marriage.

The couple, which has been in a one-month courtship, made their  vows at Restoration Church, where hundreds of Christians, family members and friends had gathered to bless their marriage.
