Kenya swept aside five more competitors including host nation Rwanda to win the 2024 Africa IV Championship at the Kigali Golf Resort and Villas.

The fifth edition of the tournament, which run from Friday, October 4 to Sunday, October 6, saw Kenya amassing 1044 points to be declared winners. Uganda finished in second place while Rwanda finished 3rd.

It was a closely-contested competition with each country seeking to finish at the top but Kenya proved their mettle to become regional champions.

This was the country’s second trophy in two years having won the 2023 edition in Ethiopia where they defeated the host nation by 22 strokes.
