Get inspired: Control your anger, have a peace of mind

I don’t know about the Quran but when I read chapter 30 verse 33 of King James Bible, it says that surely the churning of milk bringeth forth butter, and the wringing of the nose bringeth forth blood: so the forcing of wrath bringeth forth strife. Anger is a reaction present in every human being.

When used well anger can produce good results but if not controlled it can be one of the most dangerous emotions ever.

With anger, people can react differently, there are those who get angry and fight, develop hatred or destroy things around them just to mention a few.

Anger does not affect only the people around us. It also harms  our health. With severe anger one can develop ulcers. This health problem is mainly common with people who get angry and spend days without eating.

According to Joan Lunden, holding on to anger, resentment and hurt only gives you tense muscles, a headache and a sore jaw from clenching your teeth.

It is good to control our emotions especially if we grudge with our friends. Prove 25 says "If you can not control your anger, you are as helpless as a city without walls, open to attack.”

Someone who is easily angered can do anything wrong or terrible at anytime. So if we can only learn how to control our anger and forgive our friends, we can enjoy the greatest peace of mind in our lives.
