Rwanda is set to host the 2024 Africa Region IV Golf Championship scheduled for October 3-6.

The regional tournament which will take place at the Kigali Golf Resort and Villas will see some elite golfers across the East and Southern African region competing for honors.

The tournament will be played in teams representing Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, South Sudan, Seychelles, Madagascar, Ethiopia, Mauritius, Reunion Island and host nation Rwanda with the trophy and individual accolades up for grabs.

This will be the fifth edition of the competition; the 2023 edition was held in Ethiopia. Kenya at the time won the tournament after beating the hosts by 22 strokes.
