I have a major gripe that I feel should be addressed to every single Rwandan who reads this publication? I wonder why we don’t have more contributors to The New Times. Is it because Rwandans don’t have a point of view?

I don’t think that is true because, as I’ve found out many a time, in a bar, a Rwandan can talk for hours about any subject under the sun. So, why then isn’t The New Times flooded with articles?

When I peruse through regional publications I see many ‘reader generated articles’ but this is less prevalent here in Rwanda? Don’t Rwandans know how to write?
