Allow me  use your publication to add my grievance to those of Yvonne Umwiza, who wrote a letter to the editor as well a few days back, which was caused by Kampala Coach, bus company.

On our way from Kampala to Kigali, our bus got a tire puncture between Masaka and Mbarara at a place called Mbirizi.

It was 06:30am at the time, but what happened then was hard to believe. We got stuck there for 8 hours, as we waited for a spare part from Kampala.

We suffered economically because, as they say ‘time is money’ and on top of that, we were rudely treated by the bus driver and conductor.

Please, can the responsible manager of this so called ‘comfortable’ bus carry out an appraisal of his employees before things go too far.
