Benjamin Franklin once said that do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. To lead a life free of anxiety and worry, Henry David Thoreau says, "live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influences of each.”
Nichiren Daishonen says, "Never let life’s hardships disturb you ... no one can avoid problems, not even saints or sages.”
You could also try reading your favourite holly book, which in my case is the Holy Bible. Probably yours is the Holy Quran or you are a Budhist…what counts is that in there you will realise that there is no need for worry. Nice Sunday.
