Rwandans who have lived in exile are all over the news. This follows their repatriation that kicked off early last month. Some of the refugees have bribed Ugandan local leaders to acquire documents, which would have identified them as Ugandans, in order to dodge the repatriation exercise.

I would like to use this paper and appeal to all Rwandans to welcome our brothers and sisters whom we still cherish and hold so dear.

To all the refugees, who have no idea that the country is peaceful and desperately longing to have all its nationals united once again, there can never be a better chance to come home because east or west, home is all best.
