PHOTOS: Ambassador Kimonyo presents credentials to Vietnamese president

James Kimonyo officially became Rwanda’s non-resident ambassador to Vietnam after presenting his letters of credence to President Tô Lâm on Tuesday, September 17.
During the meeting, Kimonyo conveyed greetings from Rwandan President Paul Kagame to the Vietnamese leader.
He also "reaffirmed Rwanda's commitment to strengthening bilateral ties," the embassy said in a post on X.
Kimonyo, who is also Rwanda's ambassador to China, has his residence in Beijing.
