RCA Twenty20 Cup

Young Tigers v KCC -8.30am
Right Guards v Challengers -2pm

Young Tigers hope to reduce the gap between them and Challengers with a win over Kigali Cricket Club this morning.

The student-studded side has amassed five points after two games in the RCA Twenty20 Cup. But the youngsters know that victory in today’s game won’t come easy against KCC who notched their first win against Indorwa.

After restricting Indorwa to a trivial score of 72 runs all out, KCC chased and reached the target with a loss of only one wicket. Today’s other game is between Challengers and Right Guards, who are still chasing for their first win in the tournament.

While Challengers are still unbeaten after two games, Right Guards lost their first two games against RCA Select and break-away side Young Tigers.

RCA select top the table standings with 13 points, followed by Challengers in second on nine while Young Tigers are third with five points.

KCC are fourth with four points whereas Right Guards and Indorwa are jointly tied at the bottom with zero points.
