DR Congo crisis: Luanda summit roadmap released

Rwandan President Paul Kagame met with his DR Congo counterpart Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi in the Angolan capital of Luanda on Wednesday, July 6, as part of ongoing efforts to de-escalate tension between the two neighbours.
The talks, held under the mediation of Angolan President João Lourenço in his capacity as the Chair of the International Conference on Great Lakes Region (ICGLR), focused on ways to end the insecurity in eastern DR Congo.
