Hundreds of delegates attending the 26th Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) participated in the Kigali Night Run on Tuesday.

Besides the CHOGM delegates, the popular event also attracted Kigalians of all walks of life.

It started at 7p.m and covered a distance of 5km, around the Remera sports hub. Thereafter, participants engaged in a physical stretching exercise outside the Kigali Sports Arena, where the run started and ended.

The New Times’ photojournalist Dan Nsengiyumva captured the night run, which also attracted several senior leaders, including the Sports minister Aurore Mimosa Munyangaju.
