Belgian-Rwandan pop star Stromae will release a free film featuring footage from his recent Multitude tour.

Massamba jets off for Canada tour

After celebrating his 40-year music journey in a concert held at the fully-packed BK Arena a few days back, Massamba Intore has already boarded a flight to Canada where he will perform in both Toronto and Edmonton.

The artiste departed Kigali International Airport on Tuesday, September 10, and is expected to stage his first concert in Edmonton on September 14, where he will perform alongside US-based musician Alpha Rwirangira.

After this concert, Massamba Intore will immediately go to Toronto for a concert as scheduled for September 21.

Miss Hense Teta to wed fiancé

Miss Teta Hense Musana, who won the prize of most innovative project during Miss Rwanda 2021, is set to tie the knot with long time fiancé Lewis Habimana.

It is expected that Miss Musana will hold a wedding at Kareb Garden in Rebero on September 27.

In 2021, Hense Teta Musana’s project, which was about producing environment-friendly paper cups, emerged as the Most Innovative Project. As a result, she was made the brand ambassador of Bank of Kigali for a period of 12 months with monthly wages of Rwf500,000.

Kendrick Lamar’s SB Halftime Show sparks mixed reactions

Kendrick Lamar set social media on fire after he revealed that he will be performing at the 2025 Super Bowl Halftime Show.

The event, scheduled to take place in New Orleans, has sparked endless online debates and although fans were happy that it would be "Not Like Us” rapper taking center stage, other fans felt like that slot should have gone to New Orleans natives; Lil Wayne and Cash Money gang.

Hip hop followers took sides in the online saga, with the majority siding with the East Coast hip hop star, while some celebrities including members of Cash Money insisted that Lil Wayne was a better pick for the job.

The ongoing controversy attracted global celebrities including Jay Z and Nick Minaj among many others.

Rwanda’s Stromae to release movie with footage of tour

Belgian-Rwandan pop star Stromae will release a free film featuring footage from his recent Multitude tour, the singer announced on Instagram on Tuesday night.

It is the first time the musician has made a public statement since he cancelled his tour for health reasons in 2023.

"I am aware that this situation may have disappointed some people and I would have liked to end the Multitude adventure on a better note," he said. "That's why, with my team, we've put together all the existing images of the live show so that you can discover it for free or simply relive it."

Stromae cancelled his last European tour in May last year on health grounds. The tour had started in February 2022 and was to last until December 2023, with performances in several cities in France, Belgium and Germany.
