Keeping your books tidy and neat is your responsibility as a child. When a book is tidy and clean, it is easier for you to read while revising. However, a tidy book should also contain a good handwriting. Most of us (children) have poor handwriting.

We do not wake up one morning and learn how to write well. It is an effort we make to learn how to write well and neatly. It’s so interesting to read something that is clearly well written.
Learning to write well starts at an early age and most children start doing this as early as their nursery schools. Here the children are raised knowing how to handle a pen or a pencil and space their work as they write.
They also learn how to write correctly the date and titles as well as where to place them. If you are in upper classes let say in P.4, 5 and 6, when your teacher is still struggling with your handwriting, it’s better for you to make more effort to change.
You can change your hand writing by practicing and asking your friends with better handwritings to help you out. Also seek help from your English teacher.
If you do improve on your handwriting you will have better marks since your teacher will not misunderstand your answer.
