Local leaders should revise their customer care services

Editor, I want to express my great disappointment in our local village leadership. These were people we had trusted and voted for, but their capacity to avail services to us is moving at a snail’s pace.

I want to express my great disappointment in our local village leadership.

These were people we had trusted and voted for, but their capacity to avail services to us is moving at a snail’s pace.

It is very rare that a resident can get a service from a local leader especially on the sector level, without making many trips to his office.

We are tired of the sector Executive Secretary’s "absence”, even when he is sitting in his office.

This is what their secretaries tell us every day, as they tell us to come next time.

I wonder how this administration, that was given the task of being the country’s vision2020 centre, will survive.

Their hospitality and service delivery need to be refashioned.
