Andre Kayitera yesterday blazed an unbeaten 24 runs off 16 balls to help RCA Select demolish Right Guards by nine wickets in the RCA Twenty20 Cup.

Kayitera together with Shijith Kumar posted a partnership of 45 before the later was dismissed Leg before wicket (lbw) by Dennis Mukama.

It was an all-round top performance from RCA Select, who effortlessly restricted Right Guards for a paltry 59, the lowest score in the competition so far.

Audifax Byiringiro was the climax of RCA Select after returning impressive bowling figures of 3/7 in four overs.

Following this performance, RCA Select maintained their stay at the top of the table with 14 points, five more than Challengers who are in second.

Right Guards who are yet to win a game remain at the foot of the table.
