I have been searching for the contact at Kigali Sharks rugby team. I believe best the contact is Janvier Ugeziwe, who you have mentioned in several of your articles.

I am a rugby referee from USA and would like to participate either as ref or spectator when I return to Rwanda this August. 

Mr. Ugeziwe would be able to tell me if any tournaments or practices will be occurring during my visit.
