Cultural singer Clarisse Karasira announced she is expecting a baby boy today via her social media platforms with pictures of her ceremonial gender reveal party surrounded by friends and family in Maine, United States.
Karasira and husband Sylvain de Joie Ifashabayo first met in 2018 and tied the knot on May, 1 last year, in an eventful wedding ceremony at Christian Life Assembly, Nyarutarama.
The traditional singer, 24, shared the news of the baby with an Instagram post of the gender reveal saying "the king sent me to all the young children to tell our mountains and villages to be ready for the prince, the grandson of God and the country, the prince is coming.”
Karasira’s husband commented that nothing as beautiful in life as having her as his queen plus the fact that she is going to make him a parent to their unborn baby boy, God’s grandson.
Dressed in white and sky blue, they were beaming with smiles as they posed for photoss holding Karasira’s baby bump.
The couple left Kigali in November to the USA, Maine. She recently released a song dubbed "Angelina” and also performed at a fundraising concert of refugees from Ukraine.
