Gibson retained the title boys' singles after defeating Poland's Wiktor Jez in two straight sets, 7-5, 6-4 in the final.
Hamrouni also secured her second consecutive girls' singles title after a commanding 6-0, 6-2 victory over Mexico's Romina Dominguez Garcia.
Both players had won their first-week finals on Saturday, August 17, with Gibson overcoming Burundi’s Allan Gatoto and Hamrouni defeating Belgium’s Anouk Vandevelde.
It was, however, a disappointing week for Rwandan players as they again struggled to impress in the tournament. A 10-player contingent from Rwanda, consisting of eight boys and two girls, was eliminated in the preliminary rounds of both the first and second-week tournaments.
For their victories, Gibson and Hamrouni each earned 60 points, while the runners-up received 36 points.
