Rayon Sports skipper Kevin Muhire has said his team needs to be more consistent if they are to challenge for the league title with rivals APR and Kiyovu who are 10 points ahead.

The Blues are fourth in the league after 20 matches and host Espoir FC at Kigali Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

"We have to stay focused and also be consistent. We need to win this game and stay in contention for the title. We have a chance if we win our games and we hope that APR and SC Kiyovu lose some of their games,” Muhire said.

Elsewhere, Rutsiro take on Bugesera at Umuganda Stadium and on Sunday, Gasogi will play Etoile de l'est at Kigali Stadium.

Kiyovu will face Etincelles FC at the same stadium at 12:30pm.

Mukura will host APR FC at Huye Stadium and Marines FC will take on Police FC at Umuganda Stadium.

APR and Kiyovu lead the league table with 44 points respectively but the former has 3 more goals. Mukura is in third place with 36 points.
