This was a quote taken from Mr Gerald Caplan’s presentation during an international symposium to mark the 15th anniversary of the Genocide against the Tutsi, not related to
the BBC’s current deplorable reporting. We wish to apologise for the inconvenience that might have been caused by this misunderstanding.
