ERIC MABANO KAGAME best known as Mr Kagame is working on his first album dubbed ‘Goligota.’

Mr Kagame who started his music career in 2014 is now showing his fans some of the tracklist songs which will be on the album.

 "My first album ‘Goligota’ will be out soon and all the ten songs on it are brand new. I am using my social media platforms to create awareness.” he told The New Times.

"I decided to name my first album Goligota since I perceive it as a very hard battle that I fought and finished with the total victory,” he added.

So far the tracklist songs he has shown are; ‘Kigali’ ft Ariel Wayz, ‘Ma Bae’ ft Cally, ‘Kabebe’, and ‘Bwombo’. 

He told this publication that apart from Ariel Wayz and Cally, a new female talent in Rwandan music, other three Rwandan artistes will be on the album since they are five, plus one Ugandan artiste who is yet to be announced.

The New Times learned that the 10-song album will be out on March 1. Eight producers from Rwanda and one from abroad have worked on it. Some songs will be out with their official videos too.

Mr Kagame said that the album has some uniqueness and urges everyone to look forward to listening to it.

"There won’t be any song that sounds like the other. You will get so many different music genres, writing styles, and unique topics which not every artiste can wake up and sing about.”

He added that when the entire album is released, people will automatically understand the meaning of the name of his album. 

"I will never disappoint you. All the songs will be out at once and I am so sure that you will enjoy the results of waiting,”he said.
