Police Football Club head coach Vincent Mashami says his team is ready to leverage home advantage in the upcoming second-leg clash against CS Constantine in the CAF Confederation Cup qualifiers.
The Rwandan side suffered a 2-0 defeat to the Algerian team in the first leg on Saturday, August 17.

Following its return to Kigali from Algeria, Police FC is continuing to prepare for the decisive match, which is scheduled for August 25.
"CS Constantine is a great team that has experience on the African continent, but we can beat them at home. We have to prepare for the second match. We know how hard it is going to be, but we will give our best,” Mashami noted in a media interview.

The aggregate winner between Police FC and CS Constantine will advance to the next round of qualifiers, where they will face the victor of the tie between Nsoatreman FC of Ghana and Elect-Sport FC of Chad.
Police FC last competed in African football in 2016, participating in the CAF Confederation Cup after winning the 2015 Peace Cup.
