Should you send the same resume to all your potential employers?

The answer is NO! Resumes are all about storytelling. Be careful though, it’s not a fantasy novel, instead, it’s a strategic document that shows potential employers how you will deliver.

You should also note that many organizations now employ the use of certain algorithm softwares to aid in their reviewing process. So, when I say strategy is important, it is! As now you have to also consider how an artificial intelligence program screens your application.
