English League 1 club Exeter City have signed budding Rwandan talent Kamari Doyle on a season-long loan.
Doyle, who was born to a Rwandan father and an English mother moved to the third tier club on loan from Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion on Friday, August 16.
The 19-year-old attacking midfielder is a product of the Southampton Academy.
He made his English Premier League debut for Southampton in a 3-1 victory over Brighton on May 21, 2023 before joining the Seagulls in January this year.
Exeter manager Gary Caldwell described him as an intelligent young player who is technically strong.
"We believe he can bring a lot of value to the team and strengthen our midfield and attacking area, and we would like to thank Brighton for allowing this signing to happen,” he said.
The teenager has played for England at U19 level but is eligible to switch to Rwanda at senior level.
